Subara select monitor on MY99
Hi,
Anyone know what pins I should be using on an MY99 in order to be able to log engine parameters? The older cars used 12 and 13 for a seperate transmit and receive using the old ssm protocol. Do MY99 and later use SSM over the bi directional K line, or can they use 12 and 13 as well? My car has all three pins with wires in, but 12 and 13 don't seem to work as I might expect them to
I'd like to make my own cable but just haven't been able to detirmine whether you can use 12 and 13 or whether you must use the K line.
Cheers,
Matt
