Silver indicator bulbs??
Hi All,
Does anyone know where I can get a set of silver front indicator bulbs for my wrx, its an 03 blob eye.
The bulbs I need are like oversized side repeater ones.
I have seen PIAA bulbs that are £25, but theres no way I'm gona pay that for a pair of flippin bulbs!
I have also heard of Silvertec but can't seem to find the right fitment, they are about a tenner which is OK.
I'm planning on taking out the gastly orange part from the headlights. Some folk have just sprayed the original bulb orange then oversprayed with silver but I want the real thing.
Any ideas anyone?
Cheers, Jonny.

Silvatec are absolutely **** and dangerous on the newage wedge fitment.
Cannot be clearly seen during daylight as the silver coating is very thick.
Seemed OK on classic offset pin fitment though
Got rid of mine and fitted Philips silvervision front and rear instead, much clearer when flashing and 'E' marked
Also you could just use the cheap option and lightly spray your bulbs silver.

Whatever you do, do not get them off ebay!!! I'm struggling with getting a refund from uk_bulb_co as they sent out the wrong ones twice (clearly don't know which ones you need even though I told them! ) They are ignoring my e-mails now too. I'm £15 out of pocket just because I tried to save a few quid! They also will not withdraw the advert even though it is incorrect. The 501's that someone else sells are wrong too!
I've since ordered the Philips ones using the link above and they have been fine.
