Best H4 I have come across so far and I think I have tested most, are Generel Electric +60%.
I have recently tested HIDs on a friends car (UK 2000) with an after market set. The HIDs had very good dip beam and very clear cut off. On full beam there was a lot of light scatter so although there was a lot of illumination it was not concentrated in a direct beam. Reflection from road signs was unbelievable to the point of being unacceptable.
