Volvo Alpine CD changers
Not sure if anyone can help here but it's a general audio question so what the hey...
Looking at the back of my Volvo /Alpine SC900 there is what appears to be a PS2 port labelled CD which already has a wire connected. To the right of the white spot...

My question is if there is already a wire in the CD changer port does that mean it's already got the wiring to the boot? I have a 1998 C70 and didn't think this was an option until later.
And secondly if it does have the wiring to the boot where would the port be? I've had a few sections of the carpet up but can't see it, would it be on the left or right hand side?
