STi Rear Light Clusters - wanted!
#1
Hi there,
I have tried everywhere for these STi rear light clusters, does anybody have a pair for sale?
Or, do you know where I can get them from? - I tried scooby mainia but they just took my money (I waited 20 days), they never supplied the lights - They are meant to be refunding the money now.
I tried many other places including prodrive who said they only sell this part to busnesses, not individuals!
Please help me find some of these red / grey coloured sti rear light clusters. Second hand preferably. Thanks
David

I have been waiting ages for these aswell
Service and excuses are a joke - money was taken swiftly enough though!
Owner/manager is never available to talk to.
Perhaps he might like to reply to this and give me a proper reason instead of:
"They will be in in a couple of days - they really will this time" (lost count of the times I have been told this)
"Prodrive have not shipped them yet"
"They are on their way"
"I dont know - I will phone you back" (never done)
Before anyone complains at me for posting this as it may affect business, please remember that I have tried all other methods available and that my money was taken immediately.
I run a small company as well, but I do not lie or say I dont know when asked for the service that has been promised and payed for - the customer service is paramount and obviously missing compared with other popular Scooby suppliers I have used.
I only posted this as I have now heard someone with the same complaint!

You are quite right to complain, give me a ring on Tuesday afternoon, (I'm out in the morning) and I'll explain the reason behind the hold ups.
You can then make your own decision as to whether it is a joke or otherwise. There have been a few like this, all of which are particularly regrettable.
Mike.

I paid £150 for a pair of second hand items from Autotec in stoke-on-trent.
I will look up the number for you.
The pair I bought were the only ones they had, and I got the impression that they don't usually stock this part.
Worth a try though.

Mike,
I learned this from a customer once and it sank in...........
Can I respectfully suggest "you" call the customers when there is a delay
To ask a customer to call you at a time specified by you is a teeny weeny bit cheeky.
Cheers
Kurt

Yep, I agree Kurt, it was a bit cheeky but I was here on my own and the list of people I had to call was nearly in 3 figures!
