The silver bit (reflector??) on the inside of the lens on one of my Cibie Oscar Plus driving lamps has deteriorated and looks a bit discoloured. I guess the lamp will have lost some of it's brightness due to this.

I have emailed Scoobysport for prices etc but are there any alternative suppliers of Oscar Plus lenses??

Cool

An alternative is Classic and Rally Services
A cibie oscar plus lens is £27.77 incl Vat but plus delivery.

I have no connection etc etc. I bought one from them 2 years ago after scoobysport didn't seem to have any in stock.

Doc the lamps are not £48 they are about £25 from Demon Tweekes...

If you ask for the morrette replacement lamp unit you will get told £48ish If you ask for the 3inch 5/8 cibie lamp then you will get told £25. They are exaclty the same trust me! Fitted one this morning!

Demon Tweekes are well dodgy... mention the morrette kit and they will be putting doubts saying 'not sure it will it' or 'these are for the capri' Just ignore and buy!

What drugs are you on?!

A Cibie Oscar + is a driving lamp, about 150mm diameter, WTF has this got to do with a Morette dip/main beam lamp unit?!
