CIBIE OSCAR, Fitting?

Does anyone have a copy of the fitting instruction of the CIBIE OSCAR driving lights (SC would be even better),there to go on a STI V5 ,firstly not sure where the bracket bolts and secondly i'm entering the unknown world of electrics!
Im told the blanking plates should be able to be refitted over the Oscar SC type lights.
Any comments or help welcomed please.
