Ive probable spent about 4 grand in a year on mine between painting it, fitting mods like afermarket ecu (£1400) and piles of other bits to make it go faster and handle better....actually i dont wanna add it up or it will depress me ....and the cars away last nite again for a pile more bits (turbo, injectors etc) so i will be probably be another grand lighter in a few weeks time....but on saying that, its all good fun and worth it

Bought the car in October last year and since then;

Front splitter £150
Sti gear **** £45
Remap £640
New wheel nuts £80
20k service £200
Spark plugs £60

Does fuel count? I wouldn't even like to guess.

Not bad compared to some, and most are guesses, only my new seats to go and i'll be happy.

Which includes what mate, serious money! I take you have another car and are turning the scooby into a pure track car? I'd sooner spend a few grand on something silly like an old 205 and put a nutty engine in it, then if you bin it, it wouldn't matter a damn. I would have thought more fun could be had that way, annoying dearer cars.

Fair play all the same.

mine was totally standard when I got it, it still had the original steel wheels and wheel trims, not sure how much I have spent in to but here is a brief list:

15" alloys
spoiler (and painting of it)
17" alloys
new stereo with cd changer
air filter
stickers
other general things including tyres, exhausts, cv joints, front wheel bearings, services, petrol etc.

I don;t really want to count it up but I had it for 10 years so not "really" a lot of money over the years
