my wee japanese akita pup kodie

well folks this little rascal is one of seven pups that my sisters breeding pair of akitas had and he's coming to live with us in the next 2 weeks.

my sis, bro-in-law and niece are just mad about these dogs and i cant believe my luck in getting this wee one here "kodie"



don't be fooled by his innocent looks, i swear he's me torn to bits from just playing with him 2nite, mind you four of them ganged up on me at once - der some craic!

thing is im gonna get him a wee shed coz he'll grow to around 130lbs - anyone know of anywer local (im in larne) wer i could get a good wee shed for him?

thanks guys - i think some of them are still available wen they can leave der mum in a few weeks, they are full blown top quality dogs with a blood line back to an american champion grandfather of my pup but ours is just gonna chill at cars shows next year and generally be a cool pet.

jim i wasnt sure - i just phoned her and got ritchie my bro-in-law and he said around £500 but he's sound so you could deal alrite with him, the pups grandmother won the akita class at crufts this year and great grandmother won the veterains class - the pedigree is imense with these pups but i just want a pet although i think i'll get me and it trained properly, you wanna read into these dogs, jakkis made me take a loada books home so i know what im at with him, der so fussy about the homes they go to but der like kids to them mate.

lol! - jim i tell ya mate, 2nite i got in with the 7 of them and der nuts, mine and a wee girlie one are wee licks, they just want cuddled, wen ppl come to view them everyone goes for mine coz it's a rare black and white one (apparently) so he gets a while lot of attention - il need to harden him up ha ha!

cant wait to get him home and a seat cover for the impreza so he doesnt mess it up but i bet he will.

awh i know - i got a box thing for when he's this wee but ritchie has his trained and it sits down no sweat, it wont be left alone anyway man but i know what u mean until i learns as it grows up to be wise like me lol!

awwwwwwwwww! corserrep has 1 of them but its mixed with a rottweiler. its 12 weeks 2 i think. beautiful wee thing! ( i use the term "wee" very loosely, it wont stay small for long!). i had 1 for 3 days. long enuff me thinks.

Talk about a dog lover!! Picture this, not back from our Honeymoon more than 24 hrs and we had a 10 week old Samoyed, cryin in the kitchen at 2.30am.

Sayin that, I would be without him now

really? lol! brilliant mate, i got him a 6x4 shed and power washed the back yard there, he comes next week for good, i have him down everynight to get used to us but he's real scared in the car until he get used to it i guess.
