Blob eye air vent trim
Hello all. On a blob STi , is it possible to remove the silver round trim piece that goes round the drivers and passengers big round air vent? I remember taking it off when I had the dash out for flocking, but is it possible with dash in place??? I don't want to just yank it out and break it.

Yeah it jus pops off
Its held on by clips at either side if I remember correctly
I used a flat screwdriver to force it out, but becareful because the clips are not the strongest of things

When I took mine out recently I definitely snapped some things off it, they wasn't the main clips though.
But when I put it back in, it clipped into place properly, and is secure, also was not marked or scratched in anyway.
So I wouldn't worry to much

Had the same query, tried a few times to get them off, but the fear of snapping them was
I believe one of mine did crack, but the other was still enough to hold it in place very firmly still.
