Default Rear door window switch disconnection

I wonder if someone can help with this...I have got the door car off and need to disconnect the window switch. I can see two small black tabs that looked like they need to be squeezed to release the connector but no joy. There was one each side of the connector but they don't appear to want to release the wiring when pinched.

The front was easy enough but I seem to be stuck with this one!

Any advice gratefully received!
