Dear ScoobyNetters,
I own a MY96 UK Turbo, which is running like a dog. I need to fit a boost gauge to see what’s going on.
I will probably go for an A pillar pod and mechanical gauge (I guess mechanical is more accurate, shoot me down if not).
Could you recommend a pod and gauge to buy, don’t have much cash at the mo so looking at a ton/ton fifty?.
Cheers.
Ian.

Have a look at Chiark's site (all you need to know about buying and fitting)
http://www.chiark.com/scooby/gauges.asp

It's helped a lot of people including me

Hi Ian,
I have just had an A pillar pod and gauges fitted to my scooby and they look the buisness. The pod was from demon tweeks and cost £19.99, the gauges (boost and oil pressure) are from autometer and they cost me a £100.
Hope this helps,

Cheers

Hi m8,

My local tuning company fitted the pod for me and they screwed it to the plastic trim.
I will post some pictures up tommorrow if you want.
