Prosport gauges - no closing ceremoney
Iv wired in my gauges in to my stereo harness
Iv wired them so the bright switch operates the red/white illumintaion, and theyre getting lives / earth from stero
BUT, theyre not doing a closing ceremoney, i cant get them to stop beeping, and i dont think theyre remembering peak settings
wtf have i done wrong - help me coz the beeps are doing my sweed in!
cheers boys

There are usually 2 lives for a stereo. One is switched through the ignition (this one is for powering the stereo) and the other is permanently live (this is used for your preset stations, clock settings etc). Maybe you have used the wrong one!
It may be that you have the wrong one. IIRC the cigarette lighters usually have permanent live

as said to turn off the beeping press gauge button keeping it pressed in then turn on ignition keep pressed in for 5secs,if you have more than one gauge you will have to repeat for all gauges.
