Was fitting my Defis over the weekend and found a lovely straight forward easy to access place to fit the EGT probe. If you jack the car up on the right hand side (as high as you can) and remove the engine cover underneath, you will see a big box thingy on the drivers side of the car, if you remove this (three bolts) you will find the place where the two exhaust manifold meet. I found just after this point, in the cast iron was a nice place to drill then tap the hole for the probe. If you drill a larger hole in the heat shield for the wires and end of the probe to exit, and jobs a good un
