Hi,

The NFU were the only ones who could provide a sensible quote for my girlfriend and her 01-WRX.

Anyone tried them?

Steve.

Puff the magic wagon was/is with them. They don't cover imports though...I asked for me but was turned down.

On second year now - unfortunately had 2 claims as well..but they did a grand job sorting them both out

I'd recommend them, based on our experiences...and cost (£640 for a P1!)

Ehhh

So they'll insure the P1 but not an sti5 - that stinks - as most of the bits are the same....

Yes I can confirm that they dont do imports.. they used to about 2 yrs back - before everyone who was insured with them started to crash their car

You know who you are........

We were with NFU on our old scoob and had no probs at all, they couldn't match Greenlight though for our new UK WRX so we changed.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback guys. We were recommended to the NFU by our dealer when we had trouble getting a quote from anywhere else.

When she bought it, the model had only just been released and the insurers said 'we don't insure imports'. They wouldn't believe it was a UK WRX .... NFU seemed to be they only ones with an up to date quote database at the time.

Cheers!

I've been using the NFU for a while and recently had the wife S40 through them started of with no NCB two years ago and I've now got 65%/5yrs. I've just got her a 94WRX and they will only cover it Third Party Only, but hey 65% in two yrs
