Global i / Telematix gone bust again??

I've heard that Global i (satelite trackers) are in financial trouble, having taken over from Telematix at the end of last year after they went bust.
Having spoken to them they say they are now operating as 'Auto-Q' and the trackers are still being monitored, but the 'Global-i' company seems to have gone?? Anybody heard anything???
Anyone know a good-price an insurer that doesn't require a tracker on a MY00 turbo?
