Gary can be a hard man to get hold of at times, but its well worth persevering as the end result is normally a lot of your hard earned saved.

Oooooh, hang on a minute…..did I try to contact "Garry Moulson" on many occasions by phone.. errrm…. Yeah..... I did!!!. Does not answer phone, return messages or emails.
Another thing, if you want proof of your NCD.... be prepared to wait a few weeks, apparently you have to email another department otherwise you have no chance of receiving even a response or acknowledgement of your request.
Finally, there is no science to getting cheap insurance.... as far as I can see. Just look for a broker that deals with Highway insurance. try them all and pick the best deal.
Simples
Theres not much between quotes, but they all lead back to Highway funnily enough!

Apologies if i didn't get back to you, i try to get back to everyone but tend to get VERY busy.
Shouldn't take long at all to get your NCB. We often have to order it from the insurers, so can take a week or so, but shouldn't be any longer.
Highway are one of several insurers we use ourselves, but they'd be first to admit they are not always the cheapest.
(although it it is that easy come and try my job for a week and see how you get on)
