Default insurance help/ quote needed (Greenlight, Gary Moulson, etc)

Hi I am looking to get a quote for a 06 WRX for the 31 jan , I am 23 and have 5y no claims….

Anyway this is basically what I have at the min

Afterburner vortex bb
Prodrive springs
Prodrive oz 18s with Goodyear F1s
Ferodo ds2500 and braided lines
Prodrive wing
Prodrive flaps
Kenwood DVD screen DDX6029 and all speaker upgraded

I have been very happy with my current insurer Bell.co.uk but I am thinking of getting a re map to take the power up to around the 300bhp level and bell will not cover this

I have tried for the last 2 days to call Gary Moulson but with no joy yet so I am open to ideas. Is any one else in a similar position, what company did you use????

big thanks to any one that can help me

Hi - as your running out of people to try the following might still be able to help but bargain prices are unlikely

Sky - 0870 1121759 - covering Supras and similar up to 500 bhp
Henshall - 0800 064 3757 - covering supercars for premier league footballers
Market Balance - 0870 420 4883 - will cover almost anything on 4 wheels
Adrian Flux - expect you have already considered them

Best of luck and let us know how you get on.

Hi F1,

Sorry we couldnt help online.

We may be able to get around the value issue if you have 18m+ experience of driving/insuring high performance vehicles, which will need to be proven when arranging cover.

If you'd be so kind as to PM me with your driving experience, actual name & postcode i'd be happy to get involved.

Kind regards

Tony

just rang a Plan and have had a very good deal with them for the car remapped to 300bhp
which looks like it could be a the one to go with but I will give Gary some time to see what he can come up with as he has been very helpful to me

Thanks everyone for the help you have offered me looks like I will be joining the 300bhp club after all, what a difference a phone call can make to my mood

Chris

I have just insured my subaru with A-Plan, they beat everyone on the market and I spent hours doing online quotes and phoning companys. Good Insurance at a excellent price.

Or

Try Elephant with your mum or someone as a named driver then tho they may never have the keys lol.

Hope that helps
