Default Any Chance?
Whats the chances of a 20yr old guy, clean licence ,2yrs ncd getting insured on my car which is a stock MY98 STI RA as i have my eye on an sti wagon and he want's to buy but can't insure with the regular brigade.

get on tinternet is my best advice, you may get lucky as the 2 year ncb is a real help
