Hi - expect you have already tried the IAM schemes and the various brokers who sponsor this site but it's also worth trying

Marketbalance

Hope your bank account is well topped up!

I dont think that you have much (if any) chance of being quoted a reasonable premium and with good reason.

I'd say that unless you £7500 to spend on insurance, get another car for the time being!

yes at 18 with one accident you will be lucky. is it really worth spending over 2k on insurance when all that money could be spent on either a better but different car in the first place with a cheaper ins. premium.

hi bud, 2 years ago i got insured on a wrx sti 2, when i was 19 just about to turn 20 with 1 years no claims, i paid about 2200 with tesco TPF&F

i think with out the 1 years noclaims, you will pay 3000+, however dont be put off by the first quote, phone 10 companies or more, esp the ones on ere.

however my advice to you would be get 1 years no claims in a naff car save the money now and then get a realy good impreza with the money you save, if you get a cheep impreza youll spend £2000 repairing the engine after 6 months if your unlucky.

also another good idea, is what i did, i put up a post on ere asking brokers to phone me, the next day, i got a quote saving me £500, which was a result.

also im sure youll know the is a big risk with TT&F insurance on a impreza.
