I seriously doubt you'll get any cheaper than that quote, although make sure it is a 12 month policy, not a 10 month.

Shouldn't have to much of a problem with that policy, as long as you don't have to cancel it.

Hi,

Sorry to bring this post up again, but it says "modifications covered like for like" and I was wondering what this means :S I plan to strip it and put buckets, harnesses and a roll cage in (to do sealed surface rallying) after I've passed me test, so I'm quite interested in this. If somebody *nudges moley * could help me with this, i'd be grateful.

Thanks,

James

If they agree like for like it means any mods YOU HAVE DECLARED will be replaced with the same items in the event of a claim. ie they won't just replace them with standard parts.

Cheers moley, I thought it might mean, however much you pay for mods, you have to pay that extra on the insurance. Thank christ it aint that going to be best part of a grand with the mods I've planned!

Cheers again moley, helpful as always!

James
