Hope you can help with this as I'd dearly like to get back into owning an Impreza after 3 years away.

I would like to insure a Jap Import STi which for me, being old at 32, is not a problem. The problem is that my wife is only 25 and most companies don't want to touch her even though she drives an MG ZS 180 and has had cover on my old Integra Type R and has got full NCB. Does anyone know of a company that will cover her and won't charge about 10,000,000,000,000 pounds to do it?

try tesco's.I'm just about to go with them on my 03wrx, im 25 and girlfriend is 24, and the quote went down £50 when i put her on!

same as me Tesco`s, I`m 28 and the wife`s 23 and insured on my STI8. Although she did write the 1st one off after 2 mths. But they paid me the full RRP within 2 weeks. Now i`ve got another.

I put my wife on my MY95WRX import and it reduced the premium - with Bell Direct.

Maybe wifes make you more 'stable'?

Liverpool Victoria are very cheap - I pay £651 PA. Give them a call They don't expect trackers either.

You can make almost unlmited mods with LV to, with no premium loading

L.V won't insure under 30's on imports. Right about mods, tracker etc. they are good like that,I just gotta wait til March before reconsidering Scoob ownership. They won't quote me yet.
