Whats happening at Greenlight?
Got my renewal through from Greenlight yesterday and its shot up by £600.00 (previous year was £800.00). I rang them thinking it was a mistake. After all I'm a year older, another years experience on the car and its worth less now!!
No they'd got it right and the guy told me everyone had seen at least 10% increase on their premium.
Thankfully Tesco have come to the rescue and quoted £817.00 with brakes and exhaust delared as Mods.

Oh Dear!!
I had to make a claim with them late last year... God knows what my insurance is going to go up to!!
Saying that though it may be worth trying to see if they will negociate. I told them what I was quoted from another company andt they matched it

my renewal is due off greenlight within the next week, but i bet im not going to renew with them because of the renewal quote, they have already told me too look elsewhere.
Bit of a shame i didnt know this last year, because i had to make a claim, and faught tooth and nail with the third party to get his insurance to pay-up. I had protected no claims so i shouldnt have bothered waisting my time!
Shows where their loyalty is!

When my renewal was up for Greenlight last October it had risen £300 from the previous year.
I moved to LV and saved £400 overall, its obvious Greenlight dont want Subaru's anymore as they cant be making the same profit margins they are used to.
