Been phoniong round for quotes on an 03 WRX.
Currently have a civic type r insured with Tesco. Four months into policy they want £70 to change and tracker device fitted (additional £500)
Norwich uniion £1000
Churchill £830
Liv & Vic £880
Subaru Insured, Best they could offer was £850 with Zurich plus tracker
Elephant £562!!
Bell direct £550

42yr old single male. sp30 in 2000, max no claims, Northants, driveway, no business use, advanced driving qualification.

What a difference.
Anybody any other suggestions.

hi i got a quote of the net last night for a wrx on a 96 n reg i put down for the value of the car £6500, uk car, no mods and the quote i got back was £8240 can any 1 tell me why this is.
Im 34 yrs old 6 points sp30, and an sp50 but have 5 yrs no claims.

I'm renewing at the moment with good old Liverpool/Victoria
£643 inc no claims protection, had a load of other quotes ranging from £750- £1200 the highest quote was from Elephant.

I don't understand insurance some people have good qoutes of some firms then someone else gets a quote from the same firm and it's riduculous, and visa versa baffles me even taking into account areas it still has no consistency.

Except Elephant were the cheapest for me - but they can only do it in one payment !!
