Has anyone had a quote via agents called 'Confused'?

Elephant 'kindly' passed my details to them, they sent me an e-mail asking if i was interested in getting a quote, thought why not and filled out form including section on what mods you have. They then respond saying sorry but most on-line insurers don't quote on modded cars! Why bl00dy bother asking if and what mods i have then?!

p.s. i only have lowered suspension and different alloys, not a stage 4 tune or anything crazy like that!!
