I've heard the 605cs in a MY99 and am impressed with them.
I understand both the 605cs and 60.3 fit without any problems.
Question is, how much 'better' are the Infinity 60.3 speakers ?
I think they cost about another £50 so is it worth getting these instead ???
Oh...I'll only be using a head unit..not big amps for me

If you only want to run from the headunit you need to go for whichever are the most sensitive I reckon.

 

Yep, that sounds reasonable Boost.

£97 - 605cs is 92dB (54Hz -> 20kHz +-3 dB)
£146 - 60.3cs is 90dB (45Hz -> 21kHz +-3 dB)

So, on the sensitivity stakes, the 605cs wins.
They are also 2/3 the price of the 60.3cs.
But...the 60.3cs DO have more response lower down

Properly fitted, the 605cs give a good all round sound.

I ran some 65.3 Kappas (amped) in the front, the 200 quid price tag was reflected in the quality.

I've only heard the 605cs in Impreza front doors and was rather impressed.
I have heard other more expensive Infinity speakers in various cars but without that spine tingling feeling.
