usefull ice install guide

Dont know if this has been on before but if it has please delete.
I bought this from ebay quite a while ago now, so feel free to have a look

I can't get the zip file to open (using Winzip); it says it's an invalid archive or something.

Is anyone else having probs with this i have the pdf file on my comp but not sure on how to add it on here?

WinRAR gives me:

"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"
