Sara, i think you have posted this in the wrong section. Im sure one of the mods will move it to ICE section.

What headunit is it. Make?
If the unit is fairly new and is still has a warranty, then i wouold say, take it back to the shop that u brought it from and see if they will replace the whole headunit.
