You better hope your P1s boot doesn't leak as much as mine, or it could all end in tears. Apart from that it looks superb. Top job

Nice job

You need to dynamat the lid (and the rest of the boot if it has not been done) to get the best out of your investment in quality gear.

Check for leaks now - seriously. My classic had leaking rear light clusters which could quite easily do a lot of damage to your setup. I had a pool of water in the car where the jack goes, and the spare wheel well was a nice paddling pool.

boot doeant leak thankfully....

rest of boot is dynamatted but not 2 sure how to do the lid, i think the spray on dynashield is the best option....

Its not that heavy, about 50kg I think, but if I loose the spare and jack etc that will shead a few extra lbs.

Thanks for all the nice comments...

Just do the bits that you can see in the lid, and the bits above where the lock is. It's easy enough to get into, and makes massive amounts of difference.

If your spoiler rattles, it's nigh on impossible to stop it from rattling without serious amounts of patience (and foam filler )

Enjoy! It looks fantastic!
