I'm looking for a touch screen monitor suitable for incar use.
anyone know of anything??

Yep gotta be the Kenwood. I got one a couple of weeks ago, it is a really good piece of kit and so easy to fit.
If you look at my thread further down there are some pics of mine fitted (bully put them on for me)

Well I ended up with the single din unit as it was a price I couldnt refuse? Sorry pics arent fantastic but its a great bit of kit!!

The only downside IMHO ) Just slides out & Down to enable you to change discks etc ..IF i had an MP3 Would go now & Try for you , But never had one sorry , CD DVD Playback is awesome
Not sure about wiring adaptor , Do not think so , But i had all the speakers replaced @ the same time

yes it does play mp3 from dvd as does the single din verison

It is not intended to play MP3 from DVD, (as stated in the instructions, mp3 will only play from cd-r/rw) I tried loading a DVD FULL of mp3 and the majority it would not play. If you only use about a third of the discs capacity then I find its ok, but that sort of defeats the point of putting them on DVD. I gave up and use an ipod interface now.
