Mobile Phone Handsfree Mounting?
Where do you guys tend to mount your handsfree kit? If you have any pictures of an installation in a new age scoob (especially of a Nokia 6310i) it would be much appreciated...
Thanks,
Ed

Can't say for the Brodit stuff, but I had the same thing as Dave and had no problems with it. You need to take the centre console to bits and the mount piggy backs onto the screws used to mount the hi-fi. Dead easy.

Brodit stuff looks good. The radio mount only works with the standard radio - gets in the way of ones with removable/sliding fronts (at leat the one I had did).
Where can you buy the Brodit kit?

The 6310i has Bluetooth so why not get a Bluetooth kit. We've got one in ours - they're not cheap at £230 but there are no wires, brackets or holes so looks much tidier and is kinder to the car!

Had thought about the Bluetooth kit, but just felt that the cradle mount up front was for me (plus I can't use BT at work - long story, don't ask!). Cost is obviously a factor and I managed to pick up the CARk-91 for £45 delivered and Carphone Warehouse have quoted £85 to install. Will probably stick with a drilled mount as you can always tidy up the holes with a mastic finisher.
Any more pics fella's? (oops, and lasses?...)
