Blobeye Reverse Scoop

Blobeye Reverse Scoop
Im now ready to start a group buy for Blobeye reverse scoops. Its something Ive been working on for a while now, and after lots of testing and "tweaks" here and there, I feel that I can offer a group buy.
This is the progress thread.

Big Fud has one of the scoops on his MLRsprint car seen here.

I hope he will give some feedback on here regarding its performance.
Drawings, designs, done by a designer of a well known racing team.
First mould, (please excuse the bedcovers)
First cast, just in grp and slats roughly cut out..
2nd cast and more testing.
Primed, painted and yet more testing.
I ended up with 4 blue scoops, here`s 3 of um..
These are fixed with nylon nuts and self gripping washers, onto nylon thread secured to the underside of the scoop. My scoop has been on the car for 2 winters, through 8"s of snow, rain, etc etc and Ive had no problems whatsoever. The view out of the windscreen is nice, and there is now no bonnet lift at 70mph....
Im looking to produce 10 of these scoops. I also have 2 WRblue test scoops (another one had to be cut up during testing) Somebody has expressed an interest in the older of the blue scoops, but the other is available now.
Im looking to see if there is enough interest to go ahead and produce 10, so I would be looking for a deposit first and then a final payment when the scoops are ready. I will be doing a fair chunk of the process, so I intend to supply first come, first served.
Im selling them for £120 each. Postage would be £13, or collection (anytime) is welcome.
Im happy to answer any questions, and if your interested please put you name forward.
Cheers
Managed to get a better deal with my GRP man today, and I can now offer these for £120. These were £145, but he is now prepared to do these one at a time, but used as "fill in" work, so Ive agreed that he can have "some time" to produce them as and when I require one. What I intend to do is get another one ordered as and when I sell one. Postage is still £13 each

No immediate rush here.
I am away to work for 2 weeks tomorrow then home for 3 weeks after that.
Car is going in for my roof flap to be fitted and some paintwork on the 18th of this month. If vent is not ready no big deal, it can get painted and fitted later

I may have a look at doing a classic scoop in the new year matey. I need to get my hands on a bonnet first, and then have a chat with the design technician.
Posted the last one off today, but put a call into the grp firm, and he will try and do some more for me soon. Drop me a pm if your after one. I supply them just in primer I'm afraid,,not painted.
