Default Alpine Head Unit Group Buy

Hi All

As we all know the standard Head Unit in the Scoob is pants - I am looking to change mine to an Alpine 9850Ri that is iPod ready.

http://www.alpine-europe.com/content...CDE-9850Ri.htm

I can get a group buy going on these and get these at a good rate.

Are there any other takers for this head unit or indeed any other Alpine HU.

If you can let me know which models you are interested in I can get pricing. Looking to make the purchase early March.

Cheers

Hmmm.....very tempted.

I'm interested if theres a good discount on them. I'd prefer the NVE-N099P and IVA-D900R option but i'm pretty open minded.

the 9850Ri ?
Yes please. Any idea if these come with the cable that connects to the i-pod? Doesn't seem to say either way. I know that you dont need the Alpine i-pod interface though.

the 9850Ri does come with the cable to connect to the ipod - dont need anything else to run it.

the other alpine head units need the ipod interface unit.

Models with i at the end include the iPod cable, you just plug it in. Other models such as IVA-D310R, CDA-9853R, CDA-9855R etc need the KCA-420i interface box.

Andy.

These prices are actually pretty good. Were it not for the internet I think there would be a lot of takers including me. Thanks for making the offer though

It was a long time ago but when I bought some Alpine kit for my BMW but that Hendon Car Stereo mentioned above could not be beaten on price by anyone! Good service too.

Might have to invest in some new ICE for mine soon as my commute time is going to double, the current Hayward and Scott soundtrack is pretty good Might get a bit boring day in day out though!
