Default can someone help with my misfire?

I have a misfire on cylinder number one. I have changed the neutral position switch. (still the same) iv put in a new set of spark plugs in (still the same) iv also checked the coil pack and seems to be ok, and just in case have swapped coil pack no1 and no3 around, but diagnostic still showing misfire in number one?

is this more serious? or is there something else minor it could be?

cheers

As above, Compression test to see if you have a dead cylinder and go from there.
