I sent you an email the other day, regarding a mate of mine blowing his WRX engine up (following a 165+ MPH run on a private road) He's now got a replacement engine fitted, and I think that he should have his link ECU remapped or at least looked at. Do you agree ?

Would you be interested in re-mapping / having a look at it ? I've told him that he should get a lambda and knock link fitted as well, along with a few gauges

you are right though.

Even if it is the same type of engine, you cannot assume the map will be fine. He should without doubt have it remapped!
