Default Obd2 compliant ?

Hi all i have a 99 uk turbo is this obd compliant if so where is the port thanks in advance

your generic OBD reader will not be able to read any fault codes, or anything else

only subaru select, psi3 monitors, ecutek deltadash can read via the port on MY99/00 UK cars

Thanks for that mate i thought all cars had to be compliant after 97 or so
