Default Cheap OBD2 Scanner?

Anyone know of a cheap cheap cheap OBD2 setup that will allow me to read and reset CEL codes.
I know you can buy them for about £100 but just want to make sure I'm not spending more than I need to.

What can ya buy for £100 and what kinda manufacturers coverage does it have?
