Default Aerosole Overspray

I'm currently spraying my track car interior and i've not been to careful to avoid overspray as masking up takes too long.

My question is, will a good buff with an electric buffer and gome G3 remove this?

Thanks

Yes a good cutting compound or a decent aggressive clay bar / lube would do the trick.
