Default help, bug wrx half boost

right so heres the story, had a fuel leak from the shoet flexi under the intake pipe, removed the inlet manifold , found that the intake pipe was split under the clamp on the turbo so replaced, replaced fuel flexis and refitted with new gaskets, also replaced any suspect hoses on the way. When refitted came up with a cel and revs were up and down, left idling and settled down after a bit checked cel (idle control valve fail safe) cleared cel and is fine now. took out for a run to test and now only getting half boost, checked for leaks and cant find any? missis needs car for work monday so any help greatly appreciated...

The pipe that goes nowhere you've seen is probably the tgv breather pipe and that's normal
Between the t piece and the Turbo outlet nipple you should have a little restrictor pill ( you can somtimes feel it , if you've changed the vac pipes you could have not noticed or if the pipes are wrong way it will be in the wrong place
