Default 3 bar map sensor

Well i'd tried to search the forum but it's just to many threads and i couldn't find any answer

I'm running with Link 44S atm and leaning towards 1.6 bar at full load.
So should i swap my 2 bar map sensor to a 3 bar map sensor?
If so, what brand?

Regards

Yes most definately 1.6 bar is about 23 psi so a 2 bar map sensor reads 1bar atmospheric and 1bar boost pressure so anything over 14.7 psi you should be using a 3 bar map sensor.I hope I remembered it right.

Sorry, my bad. It should be 2.5bar map sensor and not 2bar
So it's 1bar atmospheric and 1.5bar boost pressure.
But the question remains.

You have answered your own question, your right on top of you threshold.so a higher capacity map sensor should be next on your shopping list.

Yes i know, but some claims that it is safe to run at 1.7 bar with a 2.5 bar map sensor. I have no idea how to install a new sensor, but i suppose it's some wiring included.

plug and play means that you can unplug the sensor thats in your car and then plug the new sensor straight in with no wire splicing, uprated means something more developed then O.E(original equipment) better quality and better materials use in its production.like i said before omni power do a 3 bar map sensor that is pnp and will fit without issues.
