Default Best turbo for 36mm restrictor (rally car)

The next year I need two ecu programs in my gc8 tarmac rally car.

One to compete in rally without restrictor and another one to compete with a 36mm inlet restrictor.

I have standard internals jdm sti ra ej20g engine and front intercooler. modified oil pump and wallbro fuel pump.

I want not more of 350 bhp without restrictor( safety engine and gearbox...) and a great friend will make me the ecu programs with some writeable ecu.

Maybe two different turbos? One for restrictor and another one free?

380bhp is pushing the stock STI engine especially for competition use....

Apart from the advice about the engine, maybe one of scoobysclinics turbos....SC36 or SC38 would probably suffice.

Scooby clinic sc36 will do the job, you'll get more lag with the 38 and no benefit

As per scoobyclinic car , front mount turbo = quicker spool
Also are you using standard gear ratios , there car only runs at 300 but has bags of torque and with the gearing is very sharp
