Question thermal velocity magma wrap

anyone used it?

i was going to buy some dei titanium, but came across this this stuff.

used it a few times now. (diff cars)

looks spot on when on. Didnt smoke as much as the cheaper white stuff either.

Prob will get some more when i next need some

i gave them a ring up, and from the sounds of it, it is pretty much the same as dei titanium, but at alot cheaper price.

wasnt sure how much i would need, so went for 100ft

I'm after something to wrap my intercooler pipes, would this be suitable?

the pipe from the turbo isnt worth wrapping, but the one from the intercooler to TB is.

you can use a exhaust wrap like this, and then over the top use a heat reflective tape.

that would give good good results

when i 1st has a cone under the bonnet, i had a heat shield, then went to a inner wing induction kit, but am now back to a under bonnet cone, but alot bigger one.

i havent got any shield with it at the mo.

here is a template of the shield that i use with my first cone filter

Are you using the RCM kit now like the one I sent you the dimensions for or bigger now Ian?

Have you ordered it directly from them, as it's cheaper on ebay.

30m is £49 delivered instead of £49 + vat, you still get the 8 ties as well.

Need to put 'magmawrap' with no space in to find it

I have JUST today collected the car from a local garage who fitted my Prodrive Down pipe cat wrapped in Magmawrap.. I wrapped it myself..
easy ish took 3rd attempt to get the knack..

no bad smell etc.. only done about 10 miles so need ot give it a few weeks to see.. but Iv used Thermal velocity exhaust packing a coupe of time ad their products seem to do exactly what they say on the tin

2+ years on, and im buying more of this stuff for the new scoob. \i hope the magma wrap is still as good? anyone still using it?

Mine on my Prodrive DP still after 2years+..
smells a little when its drying out after damp weather overnight.. but its always done that since new.

gets the CAT up to nice temps for MOT.. never had any issues with emmisions
