Had a recent MOT, and I noticed there was quite a lot of movement on a bush at the rear of the car, but I'm not 100% what it's proper name is....and I think it is the thing knocking when I change gear whilst giving it some beans.
Over the rear diff, there seems to be a cross member/hanger which goes across the width of the car, and each side has a large black bush on.
Any idea's what they are called and where I can buy two? Probably worth getting uprated ones?
Cheers

Have a look on ebay, i got the bushes from a seller who was doin them a good £10 cheaper than from the powerflex website.
Part numbers are
PFR69-118 and PFR69-124, one for each side.

The ones i listed are for the beam that goes all the way across the car and is infront of the rear wheels, which i think is what you were describing.
They are side specific, but don't know the exact difference as yet to fit them.

There should be a note in one of the packs which tells you which side to put that bush on, think the right side bush has a smaller lip on the top of the bush, each side has two bushes(top and bottom).
