Default GFB valve

Hey, took a trip down to see tim at scoobyparts today and mentioned about upgrading the recalculation valve and he said about this new part he has in, its basically 2 in, can adjust the valve to vta or recalculate by a quick adjustment, would anybody recommend this as i kind of want the dump noise but not full on and I've read they can cause problems

Thanks Dan
