The launch control is excellent using spark cut .
For flat foot shifting you need to wire in a clutch switch.
But TBH the anti-lag is not practical for road use, other than the obvious stress on the turbo etc you need to have the throttle kicked for it to work correctly.

I map with Carbibles' open source SD ROM - it's excellent, but only works on the older 16BIT ECUs.
The launch control is excellent using spark cut .

It's much more aggressive, it's not just a two step rev-limiter, it has static timing and fuelling - Using spark cut I can build 16psi at launch on a 18g, and it loves it!
I was also quite impressed with the fuel cut launch control as well, I managed to hold a good safe 10psi...

It's completely configurable, you can have 2 maps with LC on both, either or none.
You could also add another switch to enable/disable the LC independently of the map selection but you'll to rig another switch up to the ECU. It depends on what car you have as to how many switches (inputs) you can install.
