Don't think it really matters as long as you don't mix types and use distilled water (de-ionised) to further reduce the chances of corrosion/scale build up. I use the Halfords Advanced which is bright orange.

Forget colours, they are a distraction, it's just a dye put in by the maker to make it look nice
Just ensure that you keep to TWO POINTS:
1. always use an antifreeze with corrosion inhibitor and that is suitable for an alloy engine.
2. NEVER mix types. If you can't get the same stuff, drain it and start again

Would that be why they are different colours as then you know what ones not to mix? Otherwise there would be no need to have different colours cos it would be all the same stuff.
It was designed to have green antifreeze so that will be what goes in when it gets replaced
Each to their own though, aslong as the system is properly flushed out then you can put in what you like

Read what you have written: that would require all manufacturers of antifreeze to stick to some sort of colour coding....and that ain't gonna happen.
I know of at least two pink ones for a start. And THREE blue ones
Just forget the COLOUR and go with type, and/or manufacturer.
