What's the difference between 02 wrx heads and sti 02?
Hey all,
What's the difference between 2002 wrx heads and 2002 sti heads? Is it the valve train setup and valve sizes, other than that the casing etc is all the same?

But still standard WRX heads will be limited factor if you will go above 500bhp,for best from these heads you will need get them ported and polished
STi will be better bet and best bet is JDM V8 big port heads(Spec C v8 have those to,i think)

But still think STi heads or JDM WRX heads with AVCS will help on spool up and if you have SimTek or any aftermarket ECU which can control AVCS will be just perfect

JDM WRX have AVCS and cams are similar to the UK STi..
But still standard WRX heads will be limited factor if you will go above 500bhp,for best from these heads you will need get them ported and polished
