Default 2002 WRX intermit power loss

Hi!

I have an interesting problem...my 2002 wrx bugeye has some funny power loss issues becouse the car one day goes as it should, the next day seems to lose 30hp for no apparent reason. There is no "kick" whatsoever.

I have a boost gauge and is always the same (0.9 bar). I hear a slight whistle coming from the turbo region, but i guess this is normal?? Or i am suppose no to hear anything?

The car runs fine (idle is perfect, not hesitations, judders...). The car is completly stock.

I dont know where to start i'm guessing maybe MAF, Spark plugs, boost leak, maybe bad fuel pump??

Please help

P.S.

I dont make many miles with this car, i did 1400miles in 4.5 month and most of this miles where done with easy driving. I though that maybe the ECU learns but that wouldnt explain that the car pulls good one day and the next after doing some spirited driving or a few pulls it goes in "slug mode".

I use 98 octane fuel or 100...the best i can get here

I will also add that it happend to me just yesterday-today on the same batch of fuel. Yesterday the car pulled nicely, this morning like it has lost 30 bhp .
