Hey guys could someone tell me what spark plugs I need for goin over 400bhp?

you will need more than just spark plugs,LOL

You'll manage it with 6's but 7's would be better.

I forgot to say it's in a 2005 sti type uk. Ok cheers daz.

as above thats what im running in mine using the standard pre gap of .7mm

I'd go for a 10w-50

Both are really good oils, absolute top of the range ones, so go with any brand preference you have.
