hi,i have just installed a kenwood kvt522dvd into my car but there seems to be a problem with (the motor that operates the screen in and out of the unit?)the motor in this stereo,when i press the open button it seems to only open properly sometimes,and i can very rarely get it to close properly,it wont go all the way back in either,the motorized part sounds very tired,like a remote controlled car that needs charging up,i think ive bought a duff unit?
i have never had a modern head unit,am i missing something here or does it sound like a faulty head unit?

 

the guy i purchased from swears 100% working fine.
